| 2-15-05:There is nothing more common than unused potential. | ||||
| Around our school campus, i think that this statement fits in well. There are countless amounts of people who attend our school who dont work to their full potential. All because they are either too lazy or just don't feel they need to do it. That little 10% that they don't do, can make a big difference in their school grades. If every slacker in our school would just attempt to do things like homework and classwork, i wouldn't have to talk about un-used potential. It's really annoying to see kids at school talk about things like drugs and alcohol. When they do things like that its just letting all their big potential go down the gutter. You never know that kid you overdosed could have been our next president, if he would have just listened to his friends. As you can see there is unused potential all around us, and no one knows it. At one point everyone slacks because your body just cant take it, and thats normal. But to not do the best of your ability everyday is a different story. Just imagine if our whole school didn't do our work, we would all be major failures. Most places you go you'll always ask someone how they did on something, and the person will respond with good but i think i didn't try my hardest. Many people say that because they know they slacked more than they should have, and if they would have focused for a little longer they could have suceeded. That saying can pretty much go for anyone in the world. |
