| 1-03-05:How I do or would handle crisis. | ||||
| I really don't have a plan, when i am in a crisis situation. When i'm in the middle of a crisis, for my first reaction i usually freak out, but then i rationalize and my brain begins to come back to earth. I usually just try to stay calm, but sometimes it doesn't seem to work out that way. I have had quite a few crisises in my lifetime. It can be a little thing like not getting my homework done, or it could be something big like a death in the family. I usually am able to handle little crisises, with just simple reasoning, but sometimes its truly difficult to be able to. An example of this would have to be when my Grandmother passed away last year. It was one of the few deaths of the family, and it was truly the hardest for me. This is because my grandma was closest with me, over all the other grandchildren. So when she passed away it was a big crisis for me. I felt like i was going to die, because she was a big comfort zone for me. But after the months passed by, i realized that it was just her time to go to heaven and she was chosen for a reason. I just think about her watching over me in heaven and all my crazy crisis problems dissapear. And this is only one crisis that i have experienced that was practically life changing. An example of a small crisis would be something like my outfit i wanted to wear, is in the wash. Or that my homework is lost somewhere in the house. Pretty much anything that has to do with school, or friends will put me in a crisis at one point. So as you can tell, i have many different varieties of crisis. But overall i overcome them all with just a little thinking and brainstorming. |
