Chartreuse V.E.P. (Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolong�) is made using the same processes and the same secret formula as the traditional liqueur, and by extra long ageing in oak casks it reaches an exceptional quality.
Ingredients : alcohol, sugar, plants and flowers.
Alcohol content:
Green = 54% (108� US proof)
Yellow = 42% (84� US proof)
Presentation : Wax-sealed cork, back-label wax- stamped with the Chartreuse seal. Presented in a wooden box marked with a branding iron.
Since the quantity available each year is strictly limited, every bottle is identified by its own number.
How to drink it : A subtle, mellow after dinner liqueur which should be consumed very cold.
