"War is hell."
Name: Starcrosser
Race: Decepticon
Allegiance: Decepticons, CA Sector
Function: Security Chief
Model: Seeker
Transformation Modes: Cybertronian Jet, Robot
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Robot Mode: resembles Armada Starscream, without the junk
sticking out of back horizontally
Jet Mode: cross between old G1 cartoon Cybertronian jet and Armada
Starscream jet mode
WEAPONS:
twin null ray cannons -
effectively nulls any electric or electronic equipment; forearm-mounted
twin pulse blasters -
fires from alongside the null ray cannons, takes up less room, but is much handier than the costlier null ray
Shockwave -
Minicon; transforms into space gun for SC's robot mode, increases SC's agility and reaction time, accuracy of aim,
processing speed, and firepower; possesses psychokinetic abilities
cluster bombs -
explode all around target, or sometimes just in mid-air at a predetermined point;
multiple explosions per bomb; able to equip two at a time, mounted on either
side of cockpit section
chaff -
takes out incoming missiles; provides destruction to close-following missiles;
basically provides a blunt object for missiles to impact into; usually used in
dogfights with other jets; one chaff burst per mission
flares -
distracts incoming missiles; provides distraction or destruction to
close-following missiles, especially heat-seeking missiles; can carry 4 flares
at a time
electron scimitar -
basically a curved saber comprised of one of SC's wings; used for close range fighting and some deflection of blasts,
uses energy-based blade to slice open the toughest armor
wings -
cutting, energy-charged blades
knee wings -
wings on knees double as cutting blades, able to open wounds in all but the most
heavily-armored Transformers
Missile launchers -
twin, shoulder mounted missile launchers; can fold back to increase streamlining
and visibility; can fire forward, above, and behind body in either mode
air to air tracking missiles - normal smart missiles; complement depends on other armament and mission type
warp-propelled projectile (WPP) -
uses SC's warping technology, although independently-powered, to drive
warhead at target at astounding, nearly unforgivable speed; this makes the
missiles nearly impossible to dodge, but also makes them difficult to
store; Starcrosser can only carry a few at a time; complement depends on
other armament and mission type
ABILITIES:
Energy absorbing armor - to assist with low endurance/fuel reserves
Subspace storage system; subspace manipulation - Decepticon standard; most
of his spare weapons, ammo are kept in subspace at the ready, as caring too many
weapons would slow Starcrosser down
Super speed - short bursts of incredible speed, giving Blurr-like
appearance when in motion, normally draining heavily on fuel reserves
Teleportation - interdimensional, masked; very limited due to its high
use of fuel
OTHER EQUIPMENT:
Decepticon Anti-Gravity - allows flight in robot mode and hovering
ability in jet mode
Optic Shielding - prevents blindness from flashes of light or gunfire;
limited use/effectiveness
Energy-absorbing armor - SC must think before he is hit; system is not
automatic; refuels using the energy
Fuel-stealing Tubes - not a weapon, but useful to pull fuel off injured or
terminated TFs
Sensors - standard
Ramming prow - ramming armor on Jet Mode nose
Targeting System - standard seeker system
Anti-Viral System - a basic, limited immune system
Jump Jets (Robot Mode) - the jet mode's afterburners provide jump jet thrust
for quick, upward movement
Psi-shielding - basic, minimum
HISTORY:
Attended Cybertron War Academy, but was drafted out of school when Megatron
disappeared. Began as test-pilot for the Nemesis, but was left behind on Cybertron when Megatron took expedition to Earth in pursuit of the Autobots.
Worked under Military Ops Cmdr Shockwave while Megatron's Decepticons hibernated on planet Earth. Participated in the planet-wide battle against Unicron.
After Decepticons won war, at least temporarily, Starcrosser was transferred to the West Sector where he was employed by Ops Cmdr Shockray of the Decepticon Command.
Starcrosser served in Skywarp's Air Command there, forming the Puddincons Assault Squad. Starcrosser defeated, destroyed, and replaced Skywarp as Air Commander, stealing Warp's love interest Milena in the process.
Organized the Air Command (AC) into divisions, but was forced to transfer out of the West Sector by some shady dealings by Shockray, who secretly feared him. After further shady dealings, Shockray disappeared without a trace and Starcrosser returned to replace him.
Starcrosser formed the West Sector Decepticons (WSD) of the ashes of the Decepticon Command.
Starcrosser mysteriously dissolved the Decepticons and disappeared. His memories of the last two years are frightening and incomplete. In his absence, his home, the West Sector has been ravaged and destroyed, his allies scattered to the wind.
Starcrosser returned, with little memory of the last two years and missing much
of his memory of his former life, brandishing a new body. Starcrosser
trekked across the barren west side slums and found himself in the Cybertronian
Alliance-controlled sectors of Cybertron.
FIGHTING STYLES:
Starcrosser was first trained by the original Starscream, and later learned from many others, including former Ops Cmdr Shockray of West Sector,
Combaticons Commander Onslaught, and Military Ops Cmdr Shockwave of Cybertron. Starcrosser now employs a fighting style that is mainly a combination of Starscream's, Shockwave's,
Onslaught's, and Shockray's styles.
Starscream taught the use of guile and speed and how it was an integral part of being a Seeker, and a more effective Decepticon.
While the original Megatron foolishly squandered time and resources on Earth, Starcrosser worked for Shockwave on Cybertron. There he trained in the use of logic in both tactics and actual combat. Shockwave taught the importance of outthinking and therefore outfighting an
opponent.
Onslaught and his Combaticons (although they weren't called that at the time)
schooled Starcrosser in the use of one's abilities and alt. modes to their
utmost advantage. The Combaticons also trained Starcrosser in squad
tactics and warfare.
Starcrosser was transferred to the West Sector to be under the command of Shockray. Shockray schooled him heavily in combat and stealth. It was under
Shockray's tutelage that SC learned to use an opponent's moves and especially their mistakes against them.
From these four teachers, Starcrosser developed a deadly combination of fighting styles that he calls his own. It is this style that he
relied on as a commander in the AC and WSD, and the style with which he trained his followers.
UPGRADES:
Starcrosser has undergone several upgrades over the years.
His first major upgrade was right before his transfer to the West Sector. He went from resembling Starscream and the other aerial elite to a sleeker more modern jet with heavier firepower and greater speed.
Starcrosser's second upgrade gave him the ability to steal fuel using special tubes. This added to SC's endurance because his quickly burning fuel could now be replenished more easily in battle.
The third upgrade was his second complete overhaul. His entire body was made to be an instrument of energy manipulation, giving Starcrosser the ability to absorb most energy blasts and replenish his fuel with the energy. His speed was also wired through his warping mechanism using it to speed his movements and reactions.
It should be noted that none of Starcrosser's powers or abilities rely on Power Rectifier technology. Therefore, his powers cannot be copied by a simple chip-copying attempt.
The Combaticon Blast Off discovered Starcrosser floating in space. At first unrecognizable because of a new body, SC was revived on the Combaticon asteroid base. Starcrosser returned to Cybertron, elements of his memory missing, but sporting his new body.
Starcrosser's previous upgrades were, for the most part, integrated into his new body - as far as he can tell. Starcrosser discovers new aspects and features of his form every orn. His strength and firepower have increased, but his endurance, which first appeared to have increased as well, now dips dangerously low in battle, without warning. Starcrosser seems to sometime draw power from an unknown force, and other times burns his own fuel very quickly.
MINICONS:
Starcrosser's missile launcher Targetmaster was somehow lost, replaced now by the Minicon called Shockwave. Shockwave resembles the original Decepticon Shockwave, even sharing a transformation mode - a powerful, futuristic, energy gun. Shockwave complements Starcrosser's arsenal as a powerful energy cannon, rivaling that of the original Shockwave, Megatron, and even Galvatron.
Shockwave's known TF modes:
WEAKNESSES:
Unfamiliarity with new body makes physical combat difficult. Additionally, lack of combat in the past years has left Starcrosser "rusty." These two factors put Starcrosser at a disadvantage in battle. Mentally, Starcrosser never fully recovered from whatever happened to him while he was missing. With Starcrosser's increased power, his endurance is even lower. Shockwave's fusion-power can supplement Starcrosser's fuel supply when necessary, but only to a limited degree. Starcrosser is more likely to succumb to physical attacks, whereas energy-based attacks have little effect. Shoulder cannons sometimes limit visibility. Teleportation drains heavily on fuel supply, thus SC's low endurance.
DESCRIPTION:
Shockwave cannon mounted on left side of left forearm. Left wing
becomes electron scimitar, usually brandished in right hand (as pictured
below). Four Minicon ports.

Much thanks to the Badge for help with specs! You bastard. (: Stats are a combination of Starcrosser's originals and Armada Starscream. Hasbro owns the rights to the Transformers. This a fan-made site, claiming no ownership, using nothing for profit. I only seek to increase Hasbro's profits.
