In answer to a list-members question, "I know this is in the book , but I'm not crystal clear on this yet. Is Friendship Farmers Cheese legal, or only the Friendship Hoop cheese? My local store carries the farmers cheese and is looking into ordering me the hoop cheese?", Elaine writes:
I would use only the hoop cheese.
