Aspartame

Deborah writes:
Aspartame is a neurotoxin, and it damages the brain. It's one of what Dr. Blaylock calls excitotoxins - it excites the neurons and they are then damaged. It's just not a good idea for anyone to use it, plus it affects blood sugar, whereas saccharine does not.

Note: When we are symptom free, one aspartame sweetened soft drink per week is allowed.
