H.O.P.E. is branched out from RISE (Respect, Integrity, Self-Determination and Education) at Sacramento City College. HOPE works with Hmong students and the Community. Our goals are to promote higher education, provide knowledge on helpful information & resources, and enhance & encourage self-growth and community involvement.
