Rick van Koert is pretty much the god of photomanipulations! I learned most of my techniques from his site and tutorial cd! Note: 4F contains mature material and is largely a pay site. While not necessarily endorsing the pay part of the site, if you want to do photo manipulation, his CD is a must. (Here's a review) It's my goal to be as good as Rick!
