• Application development and management for MMIS, a large multimedia system for the Hong Kong Central Library supporting over 500 clients from a large SP2 server, including streaming media, web services, DB2/SQL database search engines, and overall application and rollout management.
• Development of outsourcing solutions, including technical, operations, HR, and business issues, proposal writing and negotiation, and systems design and integration.
• Coordination of delivery, finance, project management and client relationship team members for outsourcing solutions.
