Living with Multiple Sclerosis:
A Helpful Link to Information about Multiple Sclerosis on the Internet

Welcome to my site! You will find helpful information on support and empowerment to help you better manage the effects of Multiple Sclerosis. At the age of 27, in March of 2001, I was diagnosed with having Multiple Sclerosis after the entire left side of my body went totally numb. After numerous blood tests, a lumbar puncture, better known as a spinal tap, a blood patch, two evoked potential (EP) tests and several MRI's, I was diagnosed with having Multiple Sclerosis. Since my diagnosis, I have found a number of valuable resources over the Internet. I have spent hours and hours at a time trying to find all the information I could about this devastating disease. I am the mother of three children, I am a wife, I worked full-time and was a full-time college student. I really didn't have the time to sit in front of the computer, hour after hour and day after day, looking for information about MS; that was my motivation for starting this web site. This site offers tons of resources and weblinks to other websites that offer valuable information. The good thing about my site is that most of the information that you need is found all on this one site. Whether you are new to the Internet, newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, or just new to my site, I hope that you will find the links and information that I have complied together both interesting and extremely useful.
