Above the entrance to the front bunk are open cabinets. It was decided to add doors to these to make the trailer look more organized. |

Here it is with the doors installed. The doors are made of 3/4" red oak and the with a 1/4" red oak plywood panel. They are finished with a clear polyurethane. All the hardware was purchased from my favorite hardware dealer, Rockler Woodworking & Hardware. The hinges are 1/2" overly hinges. (Part 32234). To hold the doors up, I used the Gas-O-Mat Gas Springs. (Part 32924) To keep the doors closed, roller catches were used. (Part 29785) |
