My Dimar thingsThis is where I put all my Dimar related stuff. Any characters I have created or drawings etc. If you have never heard of Dimar or Arrallins then its all explained here. Also, character descriptions can be found here. TarakThis is my first character: Meet Tarak, a Mulkol male who is unfortunatley lodged with Sarah (human) and Lina (Telka female) in Esida Barryd. He is only half Mul, his father is Ekal. The other Mul always considered him strange and couldn't work out why he refused to shed his velvet. When they practically threw him into a fire geezer they discovered why he was so reluctant. Tarak flew out, not with Mul serrated scales and armour but standard, blunt Ekal scales. He had no scales along his spine and a fuzzy Dimar mane. His black and red colouring and branched horns were the only resemblance to his Mulkol mother. The Mul, shocked at such dishonour to their Barryd made him and his mother slaves. Tarak, bruised and battered, escaped from Mulkol one night with his mother's tortured screams echoing through the Barryd. He landed on Telka's doorstep the next morning. The Great Mother accepted him and he worked in the Muck Room before someone noticed his flying skills. He flew with the third rank in the Telka fire lines. He suffered a lot of bullying from the Telkans as well as the Mulkol and so he sunk back inside him self. The bright, cheery Mulkol youth turned into a selfish, spiteful Telkan, jealous of anyone better off thn himself he boasted of his Mul upbringing, believing he was better than the Telkan's who had housed him. He wouldn't trust anyone as a friend and so sunk further and further away from Dimar. He had one love who cheated and used him, then left him. Tarak fell to pieces. He became impossible to live with. He snapped at anyone. With a raging temper he was like a mine, noone knew quite when he was going to explode. Losing patience, Karti sent him to Esida hoping that teaching striplings to fight the Star Born would force him to mature. He couldn't have been more wrong. ![]() |
