I'm back at school and having a pretty darn good time. Classes are classes. With great regret I say that I'm not terribly interested in the majority of my classes. I'm just taking them because I need them for the degree. Actually, so far I'm enjoying my karate gippe and personal fitness classes. THOSE are fun!

For all of you out there who thought it would never happen, it did: Yours truly got WRECKED! Last Thursday I went to Moonshadows with my dear
Jen, roommate, Bram, Andy, and Colin. It all started innocently enough: a mellon ball. And then another... and then a blowjob... and some red shot that I don't know the name of, and then I topped the night off with a Long Island iced tea and a cosmopolitan. This was all in 2 hours. The drinks didn't start hitting me until the 3rd one when I started losing feeling in my arms, like I always do when I drink. Around the 5th drink I wasn't walking well. And about an hour after the last one all he1l broke loose. Andy was kind enough to drive us home (I doubt I'd have been able to walk the 4 blocks on my own). I spent a good hour in the bathroom just hanging out... you know, drinking water and paying tribute (twice!) to the porcelain gods. I even had an interesting conversation about penis size with Laura. Sometime around 4am (5 hours later than I go to bed on a normal school night) I finally fell asleep on my bed. AND no hangover for me when I woke up!

Friday was alright. I went to a lesbian party at night. A lesbian party? Yeah. The flyer read: "Want to get ruffed up by a bald lesbo... At the loft above the big neon cock" (the Chanticlear has a giant fluorescent rooster outside it). Actually it was a lesbian's birthday party. A friend of mine is seeing her and invited me along. I went around 11 pm, but my friend was no where to be found. I stuck around for about 10 minutes slipping past ladies at the bar drinking beers and mixed drinks who were bobbing their heads to the body-shaking beat of the DJ's tunes. Since my friend was there and I knew no one (the bday girl is a
Cornell chick so everyone there was from that school), I left and went to...

Buff and Josh's place for a pseudo-party. I call it pseudo because my idea of party is big ole masses of people getting together. This shindig was more intimate - the same people every single time. I think there was only 2 faces I didn't know there. We all just kinda hung out. We even watched the Transformers movie! Twas fun. I went to bed at 5am after taking someone back home.

Saturday was a blast. I went to see
Lord of the Rings for the 4th time! Once again my eyes were glued to the screen for the whole 3 hours. Actually I was about 20 minutes late to picking Matt up, so we waked in during Bilbo's birthday party... meaning that I'm going to have to see it one more time to see the full movie again! Shucks.

Then after the movie I went to a "party" at Laura's place. There were actually people I didn't know there, but no biggie. I think the freakiest part of the evening wasn't watching the porn that for whatever reason was playing, it was having this freaky redhead trying to flirt with me. I mean sure he thinks I'm cute and all, but he definitely freaked me out. That's why Matt and I ended up in Rachel's room talking: so I could avoid redhead and also have a good conversation.

Yesterday was yet another movie day. I bought
Willow and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. Matt, Laura and I watched the former before going to dinner with Rachel at Main Moon. Getting and watching Willow was sparked from a conversation we had on Friday night while watching Transformers when I said that Willow was the best fantasy movie (it was cutting edge in effects for the time, and it's just SO funny) until LotR came out.

Unfortunately, going along with this movie theme, Laura and I didn't get a chance to have our Denise Dies festival. We've been planning to rent a bunch of flicks where Denise Richards (a.k.a. eewwwwwww grossss) dies. I think the three movies of choice were
Drop Dead Gorgeous, Wild Things, and Valentine. The latter is great because David Boreanaz (Angel stud and an IC alum) gets to kill her. I'm thinking we'll do that sometime later... have a night complete with stuff to throw at the tv screen (nothing hard, though, cuz I will not mess up my tv!) whenever the horrid actress comes onto screen.

Now here is the question of the day, and it actually relates to Denise Richards. Who is more obnoxious: Denise Richards, Selma Blair (in Cruel Intentions), Penelope Cruz, or Jennifer Love Hewitt? He1l, I'll even throw in the Olsen twins and the Pepsi brat for good measure. The choices...
