| 20 July 2001 2:15 am Here I am, unable to sleep because once again I'm caught up building a website. It's funny that it takes SO much shorter a time to destroy a site - just click "delete" and POOF! it's gone - whereas here I'm typing away. Creating is so much more time consuming, and perhaps that's why people don't do it that often. Anyways, I'm currently reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy with about 200 pages left to finish. The story is so fascinating... sucks me in each time I pick up the book. This could very well be the very first time I've read the book before the movie comes out - and I'm completely stoked for it. I've been reading about the making for a good long time now, and will now be able to judge its faithfulness, its creativity and its story telling ability when it finally comes out in Dec. And on a sidenote, I'd like to announce my new object of affection, whom I'm going to marry, as one of LOTR's fellowship: Orlando Bloom (as Legolas). First I have to find him and convince him that I'm "the one"... Wish me luck! In the meantime, I highly urge everyone to sign a petition to create an official fan club for him (for my sake at least)! :-) Now onto my other obsession: Catherine Zeta-Jones' new movie "America's Sweethearts" is coming out today. I'll tell you how it was when I go see it later. That's it for now, as sleep is finally calling me. Toodles! |
