Welcome to my mini-site, devoted to Volume 3 of Alpha Flight (Canada's finest). Alpha Flight entered the world in a 1980's issue of Uncanny X-Men, where they tried to capture Wolverine. Soon after they got there own series (Volume 1, lasted around 130 issues) which ran into the mid 1990's before being cancelled.
A new Alpha Flight series (Volume 2, lasted around 20 issues) was created in the late 1990's but was gone within 2 years and Alpha Flight was once again dropped down to "guest star" stasis.
After a few appearances in Wolverine and a nice tussle in Uncanny X-Men, rumours began to spread that Alpha Flight might be getting a new series and then in March 2004 Marvel launched Alpha Flight Volume 3!
