This Angel of Mine

He sits on my shoulder and watches with care
This angel of mine, I always wear.

He's there to protect me from the perils of life
This angel of mine, who can deal with strife.

He will be there to catch me if I should fall
This angel of mine, that will always stand tall.

He shares in my joy and laughter of the day
This angel of mine, who will always stay.

He's there with me in all that I do
This angel of mine, who guides me through.

He comforts me in times of sorrow and pain
This angel of mine, protects me from the rain.

He stays with me when I am weak and do wrong
This angel of mine, who is always strong.

He will always be there, I have a hunch
This angel of mine, who never takes a lunch.
