     LIGHTCAP S., proprietor of Hazel Green Mills; born in Pennsylvania
in 1813; came to Wisconsin in 1847, and erected a mill, and has been
engaged in the same business since.  Married Sarah LOW, a native of 
Vermont; they have seven children---William, Mary, Franklin, Emeline,
Caroline, Leonard and Albert.  Mr. L. has been Chairman of the Board
two terms.
