R: I have to say that I was more than a little weary before reading this story. It's been years since I've read anything with a female main character. I had to picture Blair in my mind as a hermaphrodite, just to get through the first part. B.J. Sandburg grew on me though, and I have to say that I ended up being okay with Blair turning into a woman, and B.J. and Jim starting a heterosexual relationship.
