Lady luck must have been on our informants side as they saw wanling throw away that memo. On picking up of the note, they gave me a call immediately to inform me of the contents on the memo. The problem was, I couldn't disseminate the information to our EDITOR, as he wouldn't approve of this article. So, i had to keep my mouth mum and i had to bribe my informants not to leak out this scandal to other editors of other webbies. This scandal certainly cost a lot in monetary terms and in physical temptation to keep this a secret.
here was what the note said.
