*Updated 8/2/07: Frank (from BF) is hard to catch. He started scamming by promising 100k payouts in September of last year. Not only does he owe millions and millions of simoleans through jamming - he told a few dozen people he would put 50mill in their account if they handed over their account username and password..."temporaily". Well of course ALL those victims lost everyone. Maxis was slow at returning their account, and many quit the game.
