Dear Parent(s) / Guardian(s),

           

            In Biology, we are studying ecology and populations.  Tentatively on October 19th, we will be walking the three blocks north to the Midvale Cemetery. This will only take one class period.  From looking at birth and death dates of some previous Midvale residents, we can get a sample of how the population has changed in Midvale.

            We need your permission, however, for students to walk there.  I will lecture them about being safe walking on the roads. Please do the same.  I don’t want anyone hurt on a very short walk.  Your signature below says that you give your student permission to walk to Midvale Cemetery and that you have told them to walk safely.
