I have been racing in some form for as long as I can remember.� I started racing BMX bicycles around dirt tracks when I was a teenager.� I started racing sailboats as a young adult when I met my wife.� I raced Jet Skis for 3 years and finished as a season champion.� I first started auto racing on Oval tracks a few years ago (NASCAR style), competing for 2 years.� In 2003 I upgraded to sports car racing on road courses because I find it more fun, more challenging, and the people involved are very friendly.� My current focus is on racing the Spec Miata with the Sports Car Club of America, SCCA.� In 2004 I finished in 2nd place in both the NERCC and NARCC championships by only a few points. I had 9 SCCA starts in pursuit of the championship and finished in 7th or better in each race with fields of 40 or more cars. In 2005 I plan to focus hard on winning both championships. |
