Many of you requested that we do more ONLINE newsletters, and we thought this would be the best way. So that we can include photos and more. We hope you enjoy!

Hey guys! I'd like to start off by wishing you all a happy holiday. We at Sonny & Brenda Remembered, hope your holiday season is a healthy and joyous one. I'd like to apologize for not getting a snail mail news bulletin out to you this month but I think that by us starting Online News Bulletins, we'll be able to give you more and frequently. The site has not been updated much, but that is all changing. We are back and ready to work hard to fill your Sonny & Brenda needs. Alot of you have contacted us in hoping for the fan club to have alot of Online projects, and we're obliging.
We are proud to introduce to you all a special section on SBR, for members only. The details are posted below in this bulletin. I promised you guys info and exclusives from Super Soap Weekend, and we are working on that as well as a special page in our Members Only Area, where our members can purchase discounted tapes, photos, and more. These prices are only available to our fan club members. As we roll out of 2002 and into 2003 we are dedicated to make this fan club even a bigger success than it already is. We hope you will all join us on this journey. Please do not forget to keep campaigning. Let your voice be heard!

Our Vice Presiden, Heather, has come up with the mother of all campaigns. One that will win Vanessa and Maurice's hearts over. For the next two months SBR will be collecting donations for Sojourn Services for Battered Woman & Their Children, as well as The National Depressive & Manic Depressive Association. These two organizations are very dear to Maurice and Vanessa. In February we will send the two organizations individual checks on behalf of Vanessa an Maurice, along with Sonny & Brenda fans. Not only will be doing a good deed, but will be recognized by both actors. You can send your donation of any amount to:

Friday night SBR, hosted a event in which we had our guests all meet at Chili's in Florida. The night was filled with food, drinks, and fun! Not to mention great company. It was really a pleasure to meet those who attended. Each attendee received a photo of Maurice and Vanessa, in which they were given a number on the back to participate in our 3 raffles. Attendees also received a fan that said "I'm a Sonny & Brenda Fan". We then played a drinking game with a poem written by Lori Savoca, a staff member of SBR. The winner was Mrs. Gross! That woman can drink I tell you! =-) We have some really great photos of the gang that are on the SBR Gatherings page of the Members Only Area.

Saturday was the big day in which our staff got together to meet Vanessa, and present her with the birthday gift we coordinated. The basket was so huge and full of many of Vanessa's favorites such as: Sex & The City, book and season 3 on DVD, Gift Certificates to Sephora and Victoria's Secrets, Books and C.D's on Yoga, A sterling silver necklace, Ralph Lauren sunglasses, Ralph Lauren leather gloves, Candles, Pajamas from Gap Body, and so much more! It was very heavy so we had to do a little scheming to get it to her. We found a wheel chair in the parking lot and had staff member Dez pretend she broke her leg. So as I rented a wheelchair and transported her all around the park, she held the basket on her lap. "Lady with a wheelchair coming through!" We waited on line for 5 hours and then I saw Kathy Fisher. She was kind enough to tell Vanessa we were the ones who had also sent the baby basket. And Brian Austin Green gave us a nick name "It's the baby basket people!" When I explained to Vanessa that we all came together to give her a present for her birthday and thought it would be nice if we delivered it ourselves she was flabbergasted but did manage to say "OMG You guys are on crack!" She took photos with us and thanked us. The following day Dez and I met up with Brian who also thanked us for the baby basket and said that we were crazy. I'm starting to believe it. It was great to see Vanessa again and a treat to meet Brian.

Saturday was also the day that we brought out airbrushed sign for Fan February. It read "Fantasy February: S&B Wedding" with photos of S&B in their wedding attire. They filmed Deserie, Lori and I with the sign and we introduced ourselves to the camera and then said the following: "Give us the Sonny & Brenda Wedding we deserve. Complete with Wedding rings, and 'You may kiss the bride'." Lets hope we made an impression on ABC.

Sunday we went to the SSW Talk Show where Dez introduced the t-shirts that SBR sells to a room of 10,000 people. And when she mentioned Sonny & Brenda Remembered- we got applause. It's really very rewarding when people recognize who we are!

The SBR Girls, like to have fun, so every night we went out and partied. Taking one cab after another. Each time we got into a cab Deserie told the cab driver our alias'. On the way to the park we were a bunch of hicks going to uncle Sal and Aunt Boris's wedding. Hey he saw the sign.. but the best alias's was when we met one lucky cab driver who just loved us. Deserie so nonchalantly informed him that her name was Skye Chandler Quartermaine Jacks, Lori was now Brenda Barrett and I...(Wince) was Carly Corinthos. The three of us put on some performance for our friendly cabdriver. From me choking Lori for "Stealing my husband" to her banging her head against the window saying she was having an episode. By the end of our trip he was our best friend who couldnt get enough of the drama we brought to his little yellow taxi! We will go in depth on the site.

We also came into contact with some whacked out Sonny & Carly fans who wore vests with computer-printed screen caps of S&C and were giving out Sonny and Carly support pins. Well we couldn't not say anything about that- I mean what kind of S&B fans would that make us? So Deserie shouted. "WE should've given out blow pops because we all want to blow Maurice." Yeah the broads that once were fighting over pins grew silent.

Another tidbit was we were noticed several times by different people. We had people come up to us who remembered us from the SBR booth at the GH Fan Club luncheon. We were really proud that SBR gets around, sporting a good name!

We will continually update the SSW page until we're drained and their is nothing more we can possibly tell.

Q: Is it true Vanessa has resigned?
A: We've heard that it is confirmed but do not know the source well. Magazines have reported an extension. It is a good sign that her photo has been added to the opening credits.
Q: How is Kassius adapting to his mommy working?
A: Kassius seems to be doing very well with his new surroundings. I think we should be more concerned about Vanessa being worked 15 hours away, without really being able to spend time with her son.
Q: Do you think Maurice and Vanessa have a good friendship?
A: Based on what I've seen and heard, yes I do. Vanessa was recently at Cailey's birthday party and Maurice had called a fan and he and Vanessa were running lines together and joking around with the fan on the line!
