| Gene and Cancer: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In 1975 when I spoke of linking Gene with Cancer I was ridiculed by a reputed Prof. of Biochemistry. At that time Cancer was not found Hereditary and genetic cause was not suspected. I was of the opinion that Cancer is an abnormal growth of cells and a cell grows by Myosis ie by replication of DNA strands. There must be a switch within the codon that initiates Myosis. A cell does not grow uncontrolled in normal cells but to a certain length otherwise we would have long male organs. So there must be another switch that tells it to stop. In a cancer cell this On switch gets activated and the OFF switch is not reached. The best candidates to study a cause for Cancer will be where cell growth is fast ie in nails, hair or in a zygote, a fertilized ova. Stem cells from Placenta are now found to help anemics grow RBC. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| A Drug or a poison sits on the receptor site of a cell and forms various kinds of bonds and thus produces a new chemical entity which biologicaly exerts its physiological effects. During the bond formation between the two entities Molecular Orbitals are overlapped. Hence Molecular Orbital Calculations of the Drug molecules can help construct a better candidate for Drugs. All chemical reactions are manifestations of electronic movements. Hence electron density and MO calculations are important in Drug discovery. I was ridiculed by Faculties from Pharmacy Department. | Underground Nuclear Tests are Unsafe: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Underground Nuclear Tests are not safe. It may not be today but in 100, 500 or in 1000 years its effects will be felt. Sun is giving light and warmth from such a long distace by undergoing spontaneous Nuclear fissions and fusions. All these underground nuclear tests are mimicking Solar activity and Mother Earth is becoming a Sun. Billions of degrees of Centigrade are generated due to these tests and energy does not get destroyed or decayed with time or distance but is converted from one form to another - this is the Laws of Conservation of Energy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In recent years we noticed warm winters with less snow falls. In Summer we get droughts and heat waves followed by heavy down pours and floods damaging lives and properties. Global warming is not caused that much by Industrialization, deforestation or depletaion of Ozone layers but by underground Nuclear Tests alone. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Within a week 10 underground Nuclear Tests were conducted within a few hundereds of miles out of rivalry. It caused a worldwide series of Earthquakes from one end to another. Numerous Nuclear tests in Nevada desert caused the San Francisco earthquake. The impact moves laterally and not felt upward at the source thus evading detection. Today we see volcanoic eruptions at Mount USu and there will be more to come. The unusual high rate of cancer is also caused by these nuclear explosions. | It is deplorable that United States Politicians did not ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty but expected others to comply. I hope everybody understands the danger and the foolishness in not controlling the genie before dooms day comes. Large chunks of glaciers are melting and the coastal water level is rising with more Tornados. There is still time to save the world going under water. There may not be a Noah around. | Slavery is only banned in Constitution but is practiced rampantly in the form of Reference Letters. Inefficient people engage in flattery and get good letters and are harassing the efficients who are not tolerated well becuse of their surpassing abilities that intellectually defeat others around. Efficients get criticism in evaluations and a pile of complaints. I have lost jobs constantly and suffered vandalism, and sabotage almost every place I worked after solving cruicial problems in little time. The Good-Letter Managers want peace over progress and happy with their pay. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| If you wonder why we do not see the Geniouses any more or why despite so much is spent on research very little is accomplished, this Biblical faith on Reference Letters is to blame. The Geniouses did not have formal education, a resume, lavish funds or equipments but single handedly advanced the modern civilization. Do you want to run a social club or win in a technologically competitive business world? Is any body dying to make you a winner? Today geniouses are nipped in the bud by good letters. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Would you cut your throat or jump from a high rise or throw away a diamond by over-trusting miscreants as a friend? Why would any body tell you what to do? Are you not matured enough to make your own decisions? Are others dying to make you a winner or trying to pull you down as a competitor. Why not rely on the free computer over the shoulders and not ears? In a civilized country how could one can destroy another by saying anything he wants without a remedy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In a court you get to listen to the charges and defend yourself. Here it is a crime going on without you being able to defend yourself. You do not know what is said against you and cannot rebut. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| All kinds of discriminations are in it. Women are most victimized. They are sexually harassed against their will. Either submit or you will be destroyed. All kinds of exploitations and extortions are in it. Intellectual property of top graduate students are stolen for free and their career, dreams, aspirations were demolished so that the faculties become famous. The thieves are calling me a theif. The criminals are calling me a criminal. Ignore the canrads, evaluate by tests, seminar, viva voce and be a winner. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
