Experience

§    2 years research and  office /Lab. Management experience as Assistant Research Officer     at  Soil & Water Conservation Research Institute, Chakwal (1996-1998 ) working in rainfed areas.

§    8 years  research experience as  Assistant Research Officer at Barani Agricultural Research   Institute, Chakwal from 1998 to 2006. Duties include Computer lab./ Soil Science section lab. Management and maintenance as well as research.

§    03 years work experience as Agricultural Officer (Lab.), Incharge High-Tech Lab. at Soil & Water Testing Lab, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Duties were Heavy metal analysis in underground water and routine analysis of water. Plant hormonal analysis. Instruments expertise include Atomic Absorption, ICP-OES  & HPLC from Perkin Elmer  with RI, UV and Florescence detectors and Gas Chromatography on Varian 3600 and  Shimadzu 2010 with other routine instruments.   

§    Trained for Remote sensing and GIS using ERDAS IMAGINE 9.

§    Presently Assistant Professor, working   on Acetylene and ethylene  from Calcium carbide (CaC₂)   and  Plant Nutritional aspects  at  the  Institute of Soil & Environmental Sciences,   University  of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
