Brief Bio:

Began wrestling in 1958. He gained a reputation as one of the most violent wrestlers in the industry because of his huge size and his obsession for using foreign objects. Abdullah held several titles in the 1960's in Canada. In the 1970's, he wrestled in the NWA, New Zealand, Canada, as well as the United States. In the 1980's, he wrestled in the NWA, WWC, and WCW. In the 1990's, he wrestled in All-Japan and WCW, where he feuded with Cactus Jack. Abdullah currently wrestles in various independent leagues throughout the world and owns a rib house restaurant in Atlanta, GA.

Just about everyone has an Abdullah the Butcher story. Blood is likely involved. And probably a fork. And some shreiking. And a run through the frightened crowd.

Abby never stuck around one promotion too long, much like Andre The Giant during his heyday. He knew that the gimmick wore thin quickly, but the legend would live on until the next visit.
