• After a motion to dismiss was denied, the SBFE board reported to homeowners in "legal Update #4" :
  "The Judge in no way stated that our arguments for dismissal were not valid ..." .
  Does that make any sense? NO, because it's FALSE and MISLEADING!
  Read the minutes, the Judge denied the motion.
  If the arguments for dismissal were valid, then why was the motion denied?

• In "legal Updates #2 and #3" it was reported that a restraining order was granted on 3/6/2008.
  FALSE! (Is there a pattern here?)

  "... the request was rendered moot ...".
  The sale was voluntarily postponed by the plaintiffs, so a TRO was NOT issued.
