tanner of Stratfor d , Connecticut, and Patience (NICHOLS). Ephraim was |

|
born in Stratford 7 Aug., 1692. They mar ri ed in Stratford on 5 Oct. |
|
|
|
1711. He was a Selectman, 1728, and became a large landholder i n th e |
|
|
|
township of New Milford. Sometime after Phebe died in 1760, her husband |
|
|
|
removed to Arl ingto n, Vermont, where he died in 1771. Her daughter, |
|
|
|
Patience Hawley, married Consider Hurl but i n 1742. |
