I have always had various pets in my care, including many aquatics. Of these aquatic animals, Betta's became of particular interest. My first spawn was hatched in early February of 2004. Their vibrant colors, unique personalities, and ability to thrive in various conditions, made them seem like the perfect household fish. The goal of South Bay Bettas is to produce healthy bettas and educate communities regarding bettas along the way. After spending countless hours researching, making posters, designing this website, searching for the perfect breeding pairs, etc, I have finally been able to pursue this unique hobby of mine! |
