Now we have not the Disney Diary but the infamous A-Z of Disney Courtesy of the EDGE!!!!!

A-C

Annette's Diner
- A huge eaterie in Disney Village, Annette's was a 50's style diner specializing in hamburgers and thick shakes, with chevees parked outside and the waitresses travelling round the diner on rollerskates. Despite the service being quite literally on skates, waiting times were looong (actually, add more o's to that: loooooooong) and a rollerskate equipped waitress had to hand out noughts and crosses plastic games to those with the attention span of five year olds (ie, Emma and Saz) to keep them occupied until the meal was served.

Big Thunder Mountain - The first ride in the world, ever, to feature spinning lemurs.

Buggage - Official Word of The Holiday and of Edd's Dreams, Buggage is like Luggage and Baggage rolled into one. Invented by Emma's Ma. Has lots of variations: ie, buggage room, buggage trolley, buggage counter, badgers, on a bus.

Buggage Trolley - at 2.30am on Monday morning Emma, Sazzle and George burst into our hotel rooms wheeling a buggage trolley and competing in the fabled, 'let's see who can make the most noise to wake up the most neighbours' contest.

Bon Soiree
- When Edd was allowed to wander on his own he began to have rather indepth talks with Cast Members. With one he discussed typical French greetings and she told him that in the evening it was suitable to greet other by saying 'Bon Soiree' - not trusting foreigners Edd assumed it was swearing and so has refrained from mentioning it at any other point apart from here.

Bongos - In Adventure Land a funky Africian band played the bongos and the whistle whilst tourists danced in a crazy fashion. "I want to go up and dance!" says Emma, but is stopped from expressing herself in such a rythmic way as Saz has got bored and done a disappearing act. See also: Phantom Manor, for the skeleton who plays the bongos.

Blaireau - The name of the crazy badgers from frog land (France).
Chronic Sunburn - What with Sazzle's obsession for strappy tops, her bare shoulders got burned spectucularly one afternoon in the blazing heat of the Disneyland Park. When she returned to the hotel rooms, she began to smell slightly of burning flesh and couldn't put any cloth over her shoulders for fear of it singeing, or catching fire.

Coca-Cola cups - After buying large cokes for 2.20 each (no joke), the gang decided to refill the cups with water from fountains for the remainder of the holiday, to save themselves from having to buy expensive drinks. However, on walking into Phantom Manor, a helpful cast member thought the recycled cups were rubbish (trash) and helpfully took them off Edd's hands. Just as the French woman was about to chuck the cups away, Emma saved the cups from their certain death in the rubbish bin, much to the confuddlement of the poor woman.

Con Artist - In the no-man's land area between the Disneyland Park's Fantasia Gardens and Disney Village, the dodgy traders are legally allowed to hang out; and Emma attracted traders like BADGERS to MASHED POTATOES, or some other analogy. Anyway, after getting her portrait drawn for the bargain price of just 10 - that's a charcoal portrait on sugar paper - Simon obligingly sat down and got his masterpiece drawn again for the bargain price of just 10. Unfortunately both pictures looked close to identical and the made the subjects of them look like the Wicked Witch from Snow White; and to think some people called Disney prices a rip-off.

Conclusions - After riding something or other Emma and Sazzle came to the conclusion that no-one had done anything sane for the entire holiday; Simon and George alledgedly came to the conclusion that no-one had done anything interesting for the entire holiday, and Edd came to the conclusion that the new lighting system on Space Mountain looks a thousand times better than those photos from the ride in 1999.

Cowboy Cookout - The Wildest Food Hall in the West; it was here that Emma took a photo of the Spiritual Mark (ie, her invisible friend eating food) much to the confuddlement and disgust of the surrounding French tourists.
