Morning

- Depart from Hotel for Rumah Sawai Longhouse Tour, about 40km away from Sibu.

- Arrive at Rumah Sawai Longhouse after 15 minutes walk from the main road.

- Welcome by ‘Tuai Rumah’ and the Longhouse people with their traditional dance, called Ngajat and served with ‘Tuak’ (Iban rice wine). For those who are interested, you can also join the dance with the Iban dancer.

- Visit to the Pottery Factory on the way back to Sibu.

- Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

- Visit the Rejang Esplanade and the Seven-storey Pagoda, to see the panoramic view of the Sibu town.

- Proceed to the Jubilee Park, a tourist resort about 7km from Sibu town. Enjoy the breath taking hill climbing to the top and view the landscape of the Sibu town and Igan River.

- From the Jubilee Park, we proceed to the Sibu Civic Centre to see Cultural Exhibition. We can see some of the cultural heritage and history of the Iban, Chinese, Malay and Melanau.

- Transferred back to the hotel.
