| To Claim Points... If points are won from the any of the contests listed on the point value page, points will be credited for you and placed on point ladder page without the contestant needing to contact me. If points are gain by fun e-mails or games from me, then the same rules from above apply. If points are gained by purchasing a SSS Club delegate sash or other title offered on the prize page, then the same rules from above apply. If points are gained through a prize claim from a contest NOT listed on the point value page, but listed on the "I Sponsor" page, then the contestant needs to report the prize points to me within 14 days of the winners being posted. So I can verify your win(s). If points are NOT claimed/ reported to me within 14 days you have chosen to forfeit your prize points. If points are reported after 14 days of winners being posted and still want credit only 50% of points won will be credited to you. There is a 30 day fallback for new delegates ONLY. Example: If you have entered 5 contests the I sponsor last month and winners have already been posted and you are NOT a "THE" Super Sassy Sailor delegate yet, you may enter "THE Super Sassy Sailor contest and receive credit. There will be a late fee added to your entry fee of $5.00. (See chart below.) If you enter... without a fallback entry fee- $5.00 30 day fallback $7.00 45 day fallback $10.00 60 day fallback $15.00 90 day fallback $20.00 I will have a list of winners and entrants into all contests that I sponsor to verify Late fees will not be entered into the jack pot only the intial 50% of $5.00. Upon receiving full entry including entry fee, you will receive a welcome e-mail. Included in the e-mail will be the Point Report Form. Point Ladder will be maintained frequently as well as the Jack Pot, located on the prize page. |
