Everything that is on my heart

Thoughts consume me
Things of the Devil
Rip me away from my focus
Everything seems to have shattered
Nothing I am doing is right
I have recognized my wrong doings
For I have been convicted
And now it is time for deliverance
No more holding back
No more dwelling
And thinking that I don�t need God�s help
God is delivering me

It was weird how we met
How God intervened
I had a major mindset
Or so it may have seemed
Not wanting to make new friends
Cause of it being my last year to go
But that obviously wasn�t in God�s plans
With us being friends, it all goes to show
Those things we want or don�t want
May not be what God has planned
Neither of us had to put on a front
So I can say that I�m truly glad you�re my friend

I can�t stand the way I�ve been acting
How I finally see what other people think of me
I can say that I�m sick of myself
I don�t want to be that way
The way I want to be seen
Is like Christ
Everything I say and do
I want Christ to be seen in me
The only way that is possible
Is by giving God control
Letting Him do His work through me
For God has a great calling on my life
I want to do His will
He will bring me through so much
And use me the same
I can believe that God can do this
Anything is possible with Christ
Every situation I go through
Will bring me so much closer to Him
I can�t wait till God brings me to that place
Where I will be doing that calling
