Yes, it's true... Elenore died last night. Here are the tragic details:

Well, Gaara and Ellie were going to take a trip to San Francisco for their honeymoon--strangely, Yami and Ashuri traveled with them on the plane (Yami just came to cause a little trouble, but Ashuri... we still don't know why he went).

To make a long story short, the plane crashed, but Gaara saved everyone... Everyone except Ashuri. Our poor little Darkangel suffered fatal injuries, and joined a scratched-up-but-otherwise-fine Yami in the hospital. Meanwhile, some of the Cyberus watched obliviously as Elenore began to die. No one knew why she was acting so strangely; some people thought she was angry with Gaara for some reason, but when everyone found out about Ashuri dying in the hospital, the whole thing became clear. Elenore was dead.

Gaara went absolutely insane. And when Yami came back from the hospital, things got even worse. After he found out about Ellie's death, he started screaming at Gaara, telling him this whole thing was his fault. Then HE went crazy, only his "freaking out spell" consisted of sick laughter and moans and groans.

However, Gaara got it together soon enough, and soon asked Yami to help find Elenore again in the Shadow Realm. Well, you know how Yami is: he won't do anything for anybody unless he gets something in return. So, when he pulled his whole, "Sorry, but why should I do anything for you?" act, Gaara put him in a sand coffin, and crushed every single bone in that maniac's body. UH-OH.

So we had to call Daycee up to heal all of Yami's broken bones. Yet, she couldn't fix a certain thing called BRAIN DAMAGE. Yes, Yami forgot how to talk, how to walk, how to... do everything! Luckily, Ryou remembered the mad doctors that messed with Aru, and told Amet to call them up--they could teach Aru how to communicate after erasing his entire memory. Why was Yami any different?

WAHOO! The operation worked. The mad doctor guy made it so Yami could talk. (Even if Yami couldn't say words like "kiss" or "remember", the dude did a pretty good job!) But you know our Yami--he told Gaara to kill him so he could come back to life with all his knowledge of the English language. It happened. Hooray.

Back to square one: GAARA WANTED YAMI TO FIND ELENORE!! This time, Yami agreed, and brought Gaara to the Shadow Realm. It didn't take him any time at all to find Ellie. Sadly, though, she forgot everything about her old life with Gaara  and Ashuri. Even after bringing her memory BACK, she couldn't go back to being the original Elenore. Therefore, she just took on the emotions of our very own Sabaku no Gaara... which ended up being a big mistake.

Elenore not only changed into a demon, but a complete nutcase who brainwashed Gaara, and got him to kill 206, Yami, and countless other Cyberus downtown. Thank goodness Yami came back to life, but as for 206 and the others... they're a different story; they haven't come back yet.

That Elenore imposter wasn't all evil at the beginning, though; to start out with, the old Ellie (the cute, innocent one) was being trapped inside of the evil one. But Gaara was forced to kill her, so the TERRIBLE, YUCKY, WICKED, NEW Elenore had no problem in manipulating Gaara so that he could steal the Darkness from Yami.

In conclusion: GAARA IS NOW THE DARKNESS! *GASP!* This is NOT GOOD...
