Both came back.

Prometheus killed Yami.

Yami came back.

Katrina cried.

Piano dude comforted her.

Sasori made sure Yami was OK.

Saso adopted a baby Hellbird. (You know... birdy from the Underworld.)

NOW Sasori's baby birdy will have to deal with all the other baby birds now living amongst the Cyberu race! OOOOOOH!
