SO MUCH has happened since I last left you. Most of it has to do with Sasori, Deidara, and Yami, but I'll throw some random junk in there, too. Let us... CHA!... begin!

First scoop of ice cream: Deidara and Sasori are officially a couple. The two are killer opposites, and yet get along so horribly well. It's sweet, really. I WILL ADMIT that it's shonen-ai, but there's nothing wrong with that. After all, Ryou and Beku are also a couple, and they're the healthiest Cyberu couple EVER. Not one problem, not one fight. I don't think there's ever been a Cyberu couple like that before them.
Anyhooz, Sasori and Deidara have their own little family consisting of four sweet children. They take after their fathers when it comes to personalities... However, they've definitely surprised many of us with their hidden loves and skills. Here's a list of their names--and traits:
Prometheus: The first child. At first, he took after his father; he was serious and stern... didn't use apostrophes and all that. But then, after meeting his third sibling, he learned to loosen up.
Katrina: The second child! Named after the destructive power of Hurricane Katrina, this girl is a lover of explosions--just like Deidara. Yet, she's got no problem adoring her big brother.
Aku: He was expected to take after Deidara, but surprised us all when he started making puppets and speaking like Sasori!
Poledectes: Given the name of a vengeful Greek king, Poledectes is actually a sweet boy. A bit like Aku, he was thought to be exactly like Sasori, but ended up being a little louder than his father would have hoped...
SO, what's up with the kiddies? What've they been up to? WHAT ARE THEIR STORIES!? They're certainly interesting people; I won't hide any details from you. Here's the list of "adventures" these kids were put through while you were waiting patiently for another blog entry.
- Prometheus and Katrina fell in love... and they're siblings! Sasori, being an extremely religious man, considered the whole thing completely inappropriate, and harshly punished Prometheus. Deidara wasn't nearly as angry, but still didn't approve of this strange love. Katrina and Prometheus were about to lose hope... until Yami came in and told the kids all about Egypt. 3000 years ago, it was acceptable to marry a sibling. So... they're still trying to keep together despite their family's strict ways.
- When Poledectes turned six years old, he was introduced to the world of making puppets. However, he proved to be a complete and utter failure at making them the "old-fashioned way." Finding himself unable to sculpt an adequate puppet, Poledectes tried to make a more high-tech, metallic marionette. Prometheus found his brother's inventions pretty cool, but Sasori (being such a stern grouch) found it disgraceful. The poor kid was sent to his room without dinner... But he managed to inspire Prometheus to be himself--and make him realize that they aren't living for their father. YEAH!
- On a more Sasori-ish note, Aku ended up being more of a puppeteer than a demolition man. Like Prometheus and Poledectes, Aku followed his heart and joined his father in puppet making for the night. Again... YEAH.
Second piece of cake: RANDOM STUFFS!
- Poor Haku is having a tough time with Yami; he goes from abusive to kind and protective... Very strange and VERY TRAGIC. Let's all cry like babies. Okay, we're done.
- The "play with me" Gaara and Haku-lover is BACK! If I didn't already talk about him, never mind.
- Kimimaro died, but Yami brought him back to life!
- Slurp and Pelickina are just like their father. They might not want to admit it, but they certainly take after a psychotic coolie.
- I GOT MANGA AT BARNS AND NOBLE! Yeeee-haaaaa!
