| Use white paint to show the reflection of light hitting the eyes. | ||||||||||||
| Finally, paint the whites of the eyes. Make sure not to mess up the irises or pupils. | ||||||||||||
| Spray Mr. Top Coat onto a pallet of some kind , and use a paint brush (not the Zoukei-mura brush; a cheap one) to paint over and seal your eyes. Use Mr. Top Coat in a well-ventalated area. Wash hands thoroughly if the product comes in contact with skin. It is toxic--and smelly--so make sure you're very careful!! | ||||||||||||
| At last, paint the eyebrows the same color (or a lighter shade) of your doll's hair color. (I know mine look bad.) | ||||||||||||
| STEP 3: Screw the Head on! | ||||||||||||
| Gently screw the head into place. DON'T BE FORCEFUL. If the head doesn't just slide right on, don't worry. It's supposed to be that hard; there's nothing wrong with your doll parts!! | ||||||||||||
| STEP 4: Cut & Style the Hair! | ||||||||||||
| You can cut your doll's hair with ANY scissors, but if you want official Volks scissors, you can order them here. If you want to spray your doll's hair to keep a hair style in place, order this "wig mist". | ||||||||||||
| STEP 5: Be Happy and Celebrate! | ||||||||||||
| If you followed all the steps carefully, you should have your finished doll! Remember, practice makes perfect; if you keep making dolls, each will be better than the last. Just compare Gaara and Pegasus to Syphane and Roya. After a while, you'll be a pro! ^_^ | ||||||||||||
