| Well one day when I was hanging out at Hillel. I notticed that there was a band. I asked what kind of music did they played in which the response was, music. So I returned with really? what kind? The response was Funk and I was excited, so one day I brought my saxes over and asked if I could jam with them. They said sure and I was under the impression that I was in the band because I was given a solo. However apparently they already had a sax player who never showed up. HE is most likely the same guy that got my spot from the Jazz Lab Band too, err! However it's somewhat of a relief because I wanted to start a band and this would have put that on hold.. This funk band didin't do anything original but was essentially a cover band. |
