Died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1998, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Ill.
Mr.Papproth was a truck driver for seven years with Gully Transportation Co., Quincy, Il. He was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Belleville, Il., and the Golden Eagle of NRA; a Navy Veteran; and an organ donor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Marie, nee Schobert,�Papproth.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Papproth, nee Michalke, whom he married April 1, 1972, in Belleville, Il.; two daughters, Judy (Shawn)�Bunyard of Pierron, Il., and Kelly (James)�Knepp of Morton, Il.; five brothers and two sisters, Bill (Susan)�Papproth of Frederick, Md., Bob (Mickey)�Papproth of Belleville, Il., David (Maryann)�Papproth of Belleville, Il., Teresa (Steve)�Michalke of Belleville, Il., Rita (Bob) Crorkin of Alabama, John �Papproth of Omaha, Neb., and George (Sharon)�Papproth of Fairview Heights, Ill.; four grandchildren, Jessica Bunyard, Jacob Bunyard,Emma Knepp and Baby Knepp; his mother-in-law, Mildred Michalke; a brother-in-law, James "Butch"�Michalke of St. Louis, Mo.; and numerous other family members and friends.
Father Eugene Neff officiated. Burial was at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Shiloh, Ill.
