| "So it was nice to meet you uh what was it Alice? Yes Alice" Cassidy said as she drug Davy away. "Thanks" he said with a relieved sigh. "Are your standards higher than that?" she asked. "Of course!" he replied. "Now where?" she asked. Davy took her hand and led her down the street. He stopped in front of an outdoor cafe. "Lovely!" she said as they sat down. They ordered drinks. A mocha for Cassidy and a coke for Davy. "You know like we all like ya at the pad?" he said. "What kind of like?" she asked with a sparkle in her eye. "Girlfriend like" he said as their drinks came. "I could tell about Peter, but not really you or Mike or Micky" she said as she sipped her drink. "Really?" he asked. "Yeah!" she said. "Well who do you like?" he asked her. "I'm not sure, I mean I like Peter but I also don't want to have him as more than a friend. Mike dosen't seem like he likes me so I dunno. Micky seems sweeet but I'm not sure" she said sighing. "What about me?" he asked, pretending she had hurt his feelings. "You have a new chick every week, I couldn't make you give all of that up. I'll help you get dates though" she said with a smile. He returned her smile. "You're perfect!" he exclamied. "I'm perfect? What do you mean by that?" she asked, puzzled. "I mean your beautiful, smart, sincere, and sexy as hell" he said with a chuckle. "So I'm sexy?" she asked through her giggles. "Of course!" he said as they finished their drinks. "That's nice to know coming from the Davy Jones, master of the ladies" she said with a broad smile on her face. They both laughed. A young woman and man walked up to their table. "We couldn't help notice you too" the woman said. "Do you mind if we sit down?" the man asked. They shook their heads "no." The couple sat down. "Hi I'm Rainy Skyes" she said as she stuck out her hand. "And I'm Pheonix Sun" he said as he stuck out his hand. They all shook hands. "Nice to meet you I'm Ca-" she said being interupted. "You're Cassidy Clark and this is Davy Jones, we already know" Rainy said. They looked puzzled. "Can we help you with anything?" Davy asked them. "Yes as a matter of fact you could" Phoenix said. "We understand that you are friends with Fallon, we were trying to find her" Rainy said, "How do you know Fallon?" Cassidy asked iceily. "W go way back, where could we find her?" Phoenix asked impatiently. "Well a few days ago she died of a drug overdose" Cassidy said swallowing hard. "Drug overdose huh?" Rainy said as if she seemed not to surpirsed by this. "Are you not sad?" Cass asked them. "Yes, but we choose not to show it now" Pheonix said. "Can we help you with anything else?" Davy asked impatiently. "Just one more thing. If you see Fallon tell her to come see us" they said as they walked away. "If I see Fallon?" Cass asked herself. "They were a bunch of loonies. Don't worry your pretty little head about them" he said as he took her hand. She smiled at him. "Thanks" she said "Let's get out of here" Davy said. He pulled out his wallet and took out some money. He put the money down and they walked away. "Where to now?" she asked him. "Let's just walk this way" he said as her took her hand again. They walked the way he had indicated. He pulled her into a clothing store. "Why are we in here?" she asked him. "Just wanted to look for something" he said. She dropped his hand and walked over to the woman's racks. She picked out 2 outfits, one she could wear with Peter and one she could wear with Mike. She got all the things she needed and found Davy. "Getting anything?" she asked him. He turned away from the girl he was talking to. "Cassie this is Samantha" he said. "Nice to meet you Samantha" Cass said as she rolled her eyes at Davy. "I'm going to pay for this" she said as she walked to the counter. "Hey Cassie" the man said. She looked up. "I"m sorry do I know you?" she asked him. "Thanks Cass it's Donny" he said with a smile. "DONNY?" she cried. "Yeah" he said blushing, "It's been so long, you look totally different" she said. He totaled up her price. "It's 75.89" he said. |
