"Claire, we haven't been in to record since that day John and I went.
Suffice to say we didn't record, but we went in" Paul told Claire that night.
Claire ran her fingers through his hair.
"It will be fine. You will all get back together. And no matters what happens, you will have James, John, Sydney, me..." Claire said.
Paul gave her a kiss.
"Is James asleep?" he asked.
"Yes" Claire answered.
"Then let's go..uhh..well you know" Paul said as they walked into the
bedroom.
The weeks dragged by, and finally it was time for the DNA tests.
Sydney, John, Paul, Claire, and George all went to hear the results.
"Look mate. The Beatles were something special. Please just..let's
finish this album and then if that's it..that's it" Paul pleaded with George
before they heard the results.
"No the Beatles magic will be gone" Goerge replied.
"We may as well try...one last time. Please..you and John won't have to be in
the same room all that much.."Paul pleaded.
"Fine, but John won't do it.." George said.
"He will" Paul said as the judge walked in.
"Well, we know who the father is. The father of Stuart Harrison, or I suppose it will now be Stuart Lennon, "the judge said, "Is Mr. John Lennon"
Sydney jumped out of her seat crying she was so happy. She ran into
John's arms as George stormed out of the room.
"You have some paperwork, Mr. Lennon" the judge said handing John lots
of papers.
John filled out all the paper work and then all four of them left.
When they emerged from the court house, the press mobbed them.
"So you got Stuart, congratualtions, John" one reporter said.
"Last week weren't you saying what a bad person I am?" John asked.
"Well..let's let by gones be by gones, eh mate?" the reporter asked.
"Sure." John said rolling his eyes.
"So do you see any reunion for the Beatles" a reporter asked.
"If George will we will" John said.
"George will" Paul said.
John looked at him startled.
"Will the music be as good as before?" another reporter asked.
"We hope so" Paul answered.
"What if Mr. Harrison fails to show?" a reporter asked.
"Then there will be no music to be better or worse." Paul said.
Their car pulled up, and they got in and drove off.
"Well, this deserves celebration!" Sydney exclaimed.
"You got the kid and George agreed to finish the album!" Paul said.
A week later, Paul, John, George, Ringo, and George Martin all went to Abbey Road to record. They took same takes of a couple new songs, and things seemed much better.
"Look, George. I'm sorry it all happened. I realize how awful it must
have for you. We didn't want to hurt you, and...I'm sorry. You are still one
of my best mates," John said.
"John, I can't totally forgive you for what you have done. But I can forgive you as much as I can right now. I didn't mean to be such an ass about Stu, it's just it seemed like everything in my life was crumbling around me. I didn't know what to do. I felt so helpless" George said rubbing his temples.
"Thank you George, that means a lot to me, and would mean a lot to Sydney" John said.
"See, I knew it wasn't the end..." Paul said trying not to smile.
"Shut up Macca" John said.
The guys laughed, which was the first time in a long while. The laugh satasfied Paul, so they started to record again.
