Sadie,
I am so sorry if I did anything
to cause your pain. I hope you know how
much I love you. You were so much more
to me than a pet, you were a friend,
a child, a companion. There are few,
very few human's that have made me feel
the way you did. You will live in my
heart forever. I will always remember
the way you begged when you were a baby,
the way you would greet me when we visited
you. Your first blood feather, the first
time you turned around, waved or put a
ball on your head. I will never forget
your happiness when I got home, the way
you would lay with me on my chest and
snuggle. I will never forget your wonderful
smell, I will never forget the way you
looked at me with your adoring eyes.
Yes, I felt the same way about you. Sadie,
I will never forget you!! Today a piece
of me died with you, and that piece of me
will always be with you. You showed me
unconditional love and companionship.
Sadie, today I feel hurt and pain
like never before. Tomorrow and forever
you will live in my heart and memory.
