If you are a US well paid professional, or a US ex-well
paid professional and you don't want your profession to appear on the US endangered
species list you need to take some action. Don't wait for help from politicians -
they will not help you without lobbying funds. We need to concentrate on forcing
US politicians to pass the following laws:
1. Consumer protection law:
- no personal information of US
citizens will be allowed to leave US borders without written consent from
the consumer
- Consumer may not be penalized, charged differently or discriminated
against if the person chooses not to allow export of personal information.
- every telephone operator calling a
client must tell his real name, the country and state he is calling from
2. Fraud and visa abuse law:
- Original documents and work product which may be used as the basisfor filing any official government document within the US may not
leave the jurisdiction of US law enforcement authorities.
- under no circumstances can a US company
fire US citizens and replace them with foreign nationals
- if a company requests an H1-B or L1
visa for foreign nationals, the reason for this request must be available to
the public and published on the Internet
- in case of fraudulent requests for
the above visas a company will be fined in the amount of the yearly salary
paid to the visa holder
- a person that discovers fraud in
obtaining H1-B/L1 visa will be rewarded 50% of the penalty paid by the
company
3. Democracy spreading law:
- triple custom taxes will be applied
on products from all communist countries
- triple custom taxes will be applied
on products from all countries where workers do not have freedom of
expression, freedom to unionize or an 8 hour work day
- triple custom taxes will be applied
on products from countries that allow children labor
- triple custom taxes will be applied
on products from countries where there is no freedom of religion
4. Employees
protection law:
- Taxpayer dollars cannot be used to outsource or take offshore work formerly
done in the United States.
- Employee who is
forced to train his/her foreign replacement is entitled to 3 years salary
- Every worker that
serves US customers must be paid at least US minimum wage as required by
Federal law.
