If he doesn't do it, someone else might; if any other one has seen the goal he described secretly and quietly to himself and a small circle of associates. Those associates helped him, the chatter of strength (see article here for transition from courtship areas to #bratt to #chattersanonimous), to move toward that goal. Largely, those associates were brutally treated or completely ignored as people separate from the chatter of strength (they were not seen as disparate individuals). But, despite accusations, those associates who are and were savesale-like defended themselves without fighting. Today, they each defend Talk City to once again expand its once-thriving, free (non-pay) populations:
On and on go the rules in Talk City which made it possible for that strong chatter and others to watch its citizenship dwindle over several years. One Talk City policy obliterated that chatter's WebTV TC Population campaign of 2000. That campaign helpfully enabled and encouraged dozens of new chatters to keep returning to the channel/room which was the home base of that campaign. But, each policy considered to be damaging, and not progressing, since the chatter entered Talk City in 1999 was responded to. ...Those responses were apparently ignored.
Today, ChattersAnonimous users, mostly sourced from "main" Courtship, now reportedly unavailable, are facing a situation all too familiar to Courtship1-3 users (which one wonders, to where did most of those numbered-courtship users dissipate?). The higher the number behind that Courtship designation from 1 to 3, the more often the user saw his or her room being closed by regulations and forcing him or her into a lower-number room. Thus, classic C3 users as epitomized by Mikosky/savesale were forced to either leave C3, Mikosky/savesale's original "home," and Talk City or back into C2, and eventually closed from C2 into C1. Many Courtship room users have never experienced those regulations. They were protected from such by the baseness of their room; the courtship1-and-up areas would be undone before the main, unnumbered room. Today, that has happened already. And, Today, thanks to the ChatSafe program, Courtship today is more protected than possibly ever from extinction. But we from C3, which existed through early 2000, a thinning number of today, are very familiar with this "homelessness" as detailed and described in Chapter Three. Only this time, particularly in the case of MSNTv users, many have again been forced off the server altogether. Some Web/MSNTv users are again, all too familiar with temporary Talk City unavailability, which has occurred for the Web Users at least three major times since 1999. Who knows what went on before that date? Who exists in the mentioned rooms today who was around over three years in Talk City? Could the policies be causing the brief Talk City lives? This time, the regulations seem more permanent: Regulations have obliterated ChattersAnonimous. This caused many of the users of that room, and all the Web/MsnTv users, to leave chattersanonimous, and, in most cases, to abandon Talk City. ...Who can blame them? The above mentioned chat user of strength, a writer, has written many articles about Talk City. He plans to shore-up the information in those articles in finally meeting his ultimate chat-goal:
Talk City has not been totally mismanaged, as will be evident by the completion of the book. The owners almost certainly know what they are doing. Who is one to criticize Talk City when that very same one has more than once willingly closed the former site Class65 Designs? Class65 Designs was moved from its former location to "year2000" for improvement. Pages released since have been improved over those year2000, aging pages!
Talk City, how have your policies which changed you improved you? Are there more users pouring onto your channels daily than ever before? Sure, as seen in Chapter Two, most likely profits have mounted. But could the profits have maxxed from a steady or increasing population? A population which excitedly returns to Talk City daily and even multiple times per day?
Has anything the HABMC does to improve chat experiences been done by the HABMC before MLM/savesale ever entered chat? Please notice the article about Save Sale, the seven-year resale shop, titled A Steady Gaze before responding. A path to goals is drawn in that article.
