I am writing to you to voice my support for Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Hospital, in Downey, California.
I understand that the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors have voted to close this wonderful research and rehabilitation facility. I am opposed to that completely.
The research, the expertise, and the experience of the professionals at Rancho can not be duplicated anywhere. If closed, where will the 70,000 patients that utilize it annually go?
Please take into consideration the views of your constituents, the patients, and employees of Rancho Los Amigos, and keep this hospital open, for the good of all Los Angelinos.
