Israel Military Order No. 1010 Concerning The Transfer of Agricultural Products (Amendment No. 3)
In accordance with the authority vested in me, and in my capacity as the commander of the Israeli Defense Forces in the West Bank region, I order the following:
- Addition of Articles 2D and 2E
1. In the Order Regarding the Transport of Agricultural Products (Judea and Samaria)(No. 47) 5727-1967, after Article 2 comes the following:
- Destroying the Product and Merchandise

- D) The merchandise or the product may be destroyed in accordance with any relevant legislation or security legislation.
- Selling the Agricultural Product or Merchandise

- E)
- a) The supervisor can sell at the market rate any agricultural products or merchandise seized according to Article 2B which is ready to go bad for any reason.
- b) If the product is sold as mentioned above the money it brings in can be considered as the product itself.

- Addition of Articles 3A-3C
2. After Article 3 of the original Order comes:
- Case Atonement

- A) If the suspect commits a violation the authority in charge can order a cash atonement, with the agreement of the owner and his lawyer. This atonement may not be more than the maximum fine permitted to be taken because of the same violation. If this measure is taken against a person, he will be released if he has been imprisoned.
- Returning the Agricultural Product and the Merchandise

- B) If the suspect is fined the official in charge can, according to his judgement, return the merchandise or the money that came from its sale on the condition that obtaining the merchandise does not cause any rule violation.
- Taxes

- C) Notwithstanding Article (3B) the authority shall not return the merchandise except after all the different taxes falling due are paid.

- Implementation of this Order
3. The implementation of this Order commences as of 13 September 5742 (1 September 1982).
- Title
This Order will bear the title "Order Concerning the Transport of Agricultural Products (Amendment No. 3) (Judea and Samaria) (No. 1010) 5742-1982."
