Our Aim
Nuclear technology could be beneficial to the world if used wisely, for example on generating electricity. It is not a good thing to produce a destructive bomb with this technology, but it has been produced and used in the Second World War. The destructiveness is seen by the world, and it was the power of the two bombs that ended Japan's aggression and ended the Second World War. However, due to this destructiveness, treaties are signed to limit the use of this dangerous technology.

According to one of the treaties, the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty, only the 5 permanent members of the United Nations Security Council can possess nuclear bombs, but 3(India, Pakistan and Israel) countries did not sign the treaty and North Korea withdrew from the treaty in 2003. In 2005, North Korea declared that it possesses nuclear weapons. International efforts have been made to make sure North Korea use the nuclear technology safely, they are the Six-Party Talks which include  North and South Korea, US, Japan, China and Russia. 5 rounds of talks have been made and there is little progress,
