| Trail report July 2002 Seine River Greenway Trail (St. Boniface) River levels have finally dropped so that the trail is now completely open from Provencher to Youville. The City of Winnipeg has replaced the chain link fencing that mysteriously disappeared last year behind Westeel. SOS will be refreshing the gravel in affected low spots in early August. SOS and the City are creating final designs to gravel the trail to the new cul-de-sac at Youville. We hope to finish this section this summer. |
| Katimavik and Save Our Seine will be working together on the trail in 2003 and 2004. Plans are underway for a new pedestrian bridge across the Seine near Youville. Stay tuned for more information |
