The thirteen acres conditionally zoned as RM-2 Condo make up the triangular area  touching Shorehill Blvd.This forms a natural chokepoint for any future development. Will a traffic light be necessary at Shorehill to let 500-600 condos have access to the road? Is this the "quiet" community that Ladco is sellling to prospective new homeowners? Is this why Ladco says that the condos will be the last part of Royalwood Phase II to be built, to be constructed only after all of the home lots are sold? Is this honest marketing? Should the Province of Manitoba, as a Grandin Park partner, be party to such marketing strategies?
