DEMANDS FROM PARENTS

1. We want Judges not Magistrates on the Benches,

2. We want a Trial by a Jury,

3. We want to testify and defend ourselves,

4. We want an outside impartial group to investigate all charges made against Foster Care Givers and Children Protective Service

5. We want Judges made accountable for attitudes of their Magistrates,

6. We want police and background checks run on all Foster Care Givers 

7. We want our freedoms back innocent until proven guilty,  

8. No more hear say evidence,  

9. Relatives before Foster Care,

10. Free Court appointed lawyers of OUR CHOICE,

ll. No more forced testing of case plans, Children Protective Service to accept what parents give them,

1Z. No more questioning children alone, lawyers to be present at all times,

13. Children Protective Services to work out visitation around work schedules.
